WHich Broker suits me? newbie here

hi all experts, I am totally newbie here. I would like to start trade. which broker offers the cheapest brockage fee? and what other charges will be inside a transaction? lets say i buy, what fee will be charge to me and how much? and if i sell, what fee will be charge to me and how much? sorry, i really a newbie to share trading. anyone pls let me know where i can learn investment, if you dont mind. THank you.
