FROM THE MACC FILES Part 3: Nazri Played A Leading Role In The Penang Undersea Tunnel Deal In Zarul Ahmad’s signed statement to the MACC on 12th January 2018, he said he was arrested three days earlier for bribing then Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng and a number of other people. The most important aspect of this entire statement is that Zarul Ahmad not only did not deny the charge and admitted he bribed Guan Eng, but he said be bribed a number of other people as well. 1. Zarul Ahmad voluntarily confesses he was arrested on 9th January 2018 for bribing then Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng 3.
