Many will lose their job when MCO is lifted! I predict roughly half a million will lose their high paying job!
And when they lose job, it also means, they cannot pay for their housing and car loans!
And you are looking at half a million property under auction as well! That's just my rough figure!
In short, property sector is total bust! Many developers will close shop!
