So yeah! Ismail Sabri has the majority! Anwar doesn't! Good! But then we are going back to same old same! The court cluster walks free! And lawmakers will play politics all day long again!
In the end, we will go throught 4th and 5th wave growing more unstable beyond recovery!
I hope Agong will use his wisdom to bring all lawmakers regardless of which side to new level of politics!
Let this be a reset in our politics!
My suggestion, bring our the best lawmakers for each ministry! Retain lawmakers who have done their part during PN administration!
Let Khairy and Zahrul continue their roles! Ismail Sabri be the new PM but only as administrator!
As for Minister of Health, let DG Hisham steps into that role! Pick only competent lawmakers into respective ministry!
Or else, Malaysia will never recovery again!

IVERMECTIN DOSE & PROTOCOL.
By Dr Amir Farid

(For best absorption, take AFTER FOOD)
Ivermectin is Best as PREVENTION. Can reduce infection by 86%.

Take 12mg/every week, (adult 50kg and above) even after vaccination (because many still get infected, some die, after completing vaccination) until COVID new cases are low.

(If weight is 90 kg or above, take every 5 days instead of weekly)

CLOSE CONTACT, HIGH EXPOSURE RISK.
If you are a close contact, or the risk of exposure is high, take the second dose 2 days after the first dose. Then continue the weekly dose.

EARLY TREATMENT ( COVID POSITIVE)
The earlier you start Ivermectin, the better. Most effective in the first 7 days after exposure to infected person, not from the day symptoms start (which may happen 3-10 days after exposure)

IF POSITIVE BUT NO SYMPTOMS
Take 1tab (12mg)/daily X 5-7 days.
Then continue 1tab/per week for 5 weeks or more to prevent Long COVID.

IF GOT SYMPTOMS
Take 2 tab (24mg)/a day X 5-7 days.
Then continue 1 tab/per week for 5 weeks or more to prevent Long COVID.

Note that late treatment is less effective, but there have been many cases who recovered despite taking Ivermectin late.
So better late than not taking at all.

There are other protocols being proposed. I find this is easiest to remember and follow.

Some may experience the side-effects of Ivermectin which include nausea, diarrhea, headache, rash etc. Allergic reaction can happen, like for all drugs.

IVERMECTIN
CONTRAINDICATIONS & PRECAUTIONS

Not suitable if:

1. On Warfarin
2. On certain immuno-suppresant drugs
3. Severe liver disease
4. Severe asthma
5. History of severe allergy
6. Pregnant
7. Breast feeding.
8. Children below 5 yrs
9. Children below 15kg weight.

PETALING JAYA: Malaysians must continue to take precautionary measures even with the increase in vaccination numbers, health director-general Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah said today.

In a tweet, Noor Hisham cited Israel as an example where the country had succeeded in achieving herd immunity very early and as a result, decided to ease restrictions and SOPs in June.

“Today, cases are soaring (in Israel) again,” he said.

According to reports, Israel has witnessed a surge in infections, mainly due to the spread of the more lethal Delta variant of the virus.

Its health ministry reported over 7,800 new Covid-19 cases on Tuesday. On Monday it recorded 8,752 cases.

Israel has since decided to reinstate restrictions that were lifted in mid-June.

Noor Hisham said this when asked to clarify an earlier tweet where he said that many businesses were reopening due to the economy and “not because it is safe”.

He reiterated his call for people to wear double masks and practice physical distancing as well as avoid crowded places.

When asked by another social media user why he had not objected to economic sectors being reopened by the government if it was not safe, Noor Hisham seemed to avoid giving a direct response.

Instead, he simply answered: “Adhere to the SOPs and only then can we reopen the economic sector.”

Earlier, the health ministry reported a record high number of Covid-19 cases for a second consecutive day, with 22,948 infections detected in the past 24 hours. There were also 178 deaths reported today.

This surpassed the previous record of 22,242 Covid-19 cases yesterday.

unhealthy lifestyle like smoking, alcohol, + unhealthy diet over sugar, cholesterol will destroy all the +++...many died related to diabetes patients, if I'm not wrong.. personally note (Don't eat durian) - I'm sure many unhappy with it

He has done nothing to improve the situation of covid 19, but just reporting everyday how many cases infected and how many death.

He has been the President of Malaysia Medical Council for 7 years; but he failed to curb unscrupulous doctors from taking Patients lives for granted. It is due to his failure in rectifying MMC's unfair investigation procedures.

For you information, this case was handled by an elected DAP members, who betrayed the Plaintiff by giving fault information in the Submission, not only to pass the blame of delay in operation to the family members; but also to justify the inoperable operation for the Doctor.

Our nation recorded one of the highest daily Covid-19 cases on July 25 with 17,045 cases. The accumulated total is now over a million. Death toll is over 8,000.

The infective and death rates have been rising over the weeks despite Malaysians and the business community complying to lockdown regulations, giving fodder to criticism that our government has failed to control the epidemic.

However, critics, including opposition politicians, did not say which aspect of the execution our government had failed; or what and how they would do differently if they were in power.

Malaysia Alliance For Effective Covid Control (MAECC) would like to reiterate – Allow Ivermectin under emergency use authorisation (EUA) along with the vaccination programme.

Allow it for general practitioners' clinics early outpatient treatment. Had the EUA for Ivermectin been allowed months ago, the epidemic would have been brought under control.

This can be seen in several countries where Ivermectin was effectively used to control the spread of the disease, defying the WHO recommendation that Ivermectin not be used for Covid-19.

The most glaring example is India when in April 2020 the country had the highest daily infection record in the world with 360,960 cases. Within a month after Ivermectin was mass distributed in the most affected states and cities, the infection rate was swiftly brought below seven thousand cases a day.

Today, 32 countries in the world are incorporating Ivermectin with vaccines in the fight against Covid-19. Our Asean neighbours, Philippines and Indonesia, have allowed EUA for Ivermectin. Malaysia has all to gain to follow suit.

Numerous specialist doctors throughout the world have used Ivermectin and specific micronutrients along with standard care with good results in the emergency rooms and intensive care units of their hospitals. Notable among whom are the specialists from the Front Line Covid-19 Critical Care Alliance (FLCCC).

Lies about Ivermectin meant only for animals and that it causes severe side effects to humans must stop. On the contrary it is one of the safest drugs ever produced.

It has already been approved for patients with HIV and scabies, meaning for humans. The WHO has listed Ivermectin as an essential drug. The current organised campaign to disparage Ivermectin must stop.

When arguing on science and evidence-based medicine, critics often say the Ivermectin studies were of small-scaled, low-leveled evidence and with confounding issues. These critics see the trees but missed the forest.

To date, there is a real-time meta-analysis of 60 studies showing positive Ivermectin results in reduced mortality, shortened hospital stay, faster time to recovery, and reduced viral loads.

Healthcare officials, politicians, media editors, and those with a conscience to save lives should not ignore such scientific publications. Even if the criticism regarding low quality studies is true, the reduced mortality outcome alone should alert healthcare officials and critics to pay attention to Ivermectin and not continue to cast aspersions on it.

We would like to highlight the following published scientific facts that are verifiable:

1. Since 2012, multiple in vitro studies have demonstrated that Ivermectin inhibits the replication of many viruses, including influenza, zika, dengue, and others.

2. Ivermectin inhibits SARS-CoV-2 replication and binding to host tissue through several observed and proposed mechanisms.

3. Ivermectin has potent anti-inflammatory properties with in vitro data demonstrating profound inhibition of both cytokine production and transcription of nuclear factor-kB (NF-kB), the most potent mediator of inflammation.

4. Ivermectin significantly diminishes viral load and protects against organ damage in multiple animal models when infected with SARS-CoV-2 or similar coronaviruses.

5. Ivermectin prevents transmission and development of Covid-19 disease in those exposed to infected patients.

6. Ivermectin hastens recovery and prevents deterioration in patients with mild to moderate disease treated early after symptoms.

7. Ivermectin hastens recovery and avoidance of ICU admission and death in hospitalised patients.

8. Ivermectin reduces mortality in critically ill patients with Covid-19.

9. Ivermectin leads to temporally associated reductions in case fatality rates in regions after Ivermectin distribution campaigns.

10. The safety, availability, and cost of ivermectin are nearly unparalleled given its low incidence of important drug interactions along with only mild and rare side effects observed in almost 40 years of use and billions of doses administered.

11. The World Health Organization has long included ivermectin on its 'List of Essential Medicines'.

How many more must die? How much more must the people continue to endure the socio-financial sufferings?

How much longer must our industries continue to endure the partial or total shut down of their production lines?
