Bad days ahead for Malaysia Musang King farmers! I think many will be caught hard when China start to sell their own Musang King! Yeah, China is going to be much bigger producer of Musang King compare to Malaysia!

Tempting to trust Chinese news at face value, but one should verify if those numbers are true. Nevertheless more producers is good for us too. China's demand has driven price up, so hopefully they can keep durian prices competitive and prices at a reasonable value.

There was a time when some of our businessman talked about building an oil hub in the east coast. What happened? It did not take off. China built its oil pipeline overland to Russia instead of taking the risk of transporting its imported oil solely by ship.

Look at our glove industry.
With China state subsidies including power, gas and etc, creating massive over supply.
our gloves companies all starting to lose money
Same thing will happen to our local musang king planters
Well the locals here totally deserve what’s coming

i hope got oversupply so every body rich or poor can afford to eat musang king. musang king shouldn't be limited to the well to do only.

Well what is the point of BRI then
Why be part of something that decimates your local industries and tutup semua jalan
I have no problems with China planting durians, but they must spend money on building their own branding and product la.
And the weirdest thing, local cina here happy their local business/ companies tutup.
But then again, most durian planters in Malaysia don’t pay tax and simply occupy state land, so perhaps China is doing us a favour after all
