洛杉矶一些房地产经纪也称，海外买家对于在当地购屋兴趣明显增加，外国买家近期在洛杉矶部分地区已签订了几项大额购屋协议。有知情者透露，一名中国富豪出资5500万美元（约2亿4690万令吉），购买了荷里活影星麦克华堡（Mark Wahlberg）出售的位于比华利公园的豪宅。

洛杉矶房地产经纪公司Compass的地产经纪弗里曼直言，现今中国买家的数量是前所未有的，而且他们也愿意接收高价位的房屋。

seems like the rich have different view from Malaysia red army. may be they plan to boost the US CPI up again.
