The Board of Directors of Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad (the "Company") is pleasedto announce that all the resolutions set out in the Notice of the 41stAnnual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company dated 16 April 2024 were duly passed by the shareholders of the Company at the 41st AGM held on 16 May2024.
The Audited Financial Statements of the Company for the financial year ended 31 December 2023together withthe Reports of the Directors and Auditors thereon were received and duly tabled at the 41st AGM under Agenda 1.
All the resolutions were carried out by way of poll via Remote Participation and Votingfacilities in accordance with Paragraph 8.29A of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. The results of the poll were validated by Sky Corporate Services Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company.
