Foreign funds buy RM1.3b shares in Feb

Overseas investors bought Malaysian stocks for a fifth straight month in February, according to data on the Kuala Lumpur stock exchange's website.

Foreign funds purchased a net RM1.3 billion (US$431 million) of Malaysian shares last month, today's data showed.

They bought RM200 million of stocks in January, RM800 million in December, RM700 million in November and RM1.5 billion in October. -- Bloomberg

Fully agree that more foreign funds will come into regional area of which Malaysia is one. These are the the cheap monies from all the QEs initiated from the Western world swaying into the region to buy up regional equities. More excitement ahead.
