For DP World to has certain stake of Suria share holding( or private placement ), management will most likely to issue certain % of Suria's share to them at higher price. We are now might be at the corner for the share restructuring process.

Yesterday and today were in profit taking stage after rally for 2 days. Yesterday, last hour buy up was strong, ending one cent higher. We are not able to know the private placement price to DP World, but definately higher than present price. The future earning for Suria is difinately promising and it will be 42 years, if we assumed average of 20 cents profit per annum with PE of 8.5, at least Suria price is Rm1.70

@cbkia4896 I am not here waiting for goreng. I am waiting for privatization / take over offer by Syed Mokthar only, hopefully it would be very soon

Property development and leasing
The property development’s revenue was derived from the leasing of Gallery Shoppes at
Jesselton Quay. These Gallery Shoppes are part of the entitlement accorded to the Group from
the first phase of the Joint Venture with SBC Corporation Berhad (“SBC”) which has been
completed and delivered in year 2022.
It is expected that the second phase of the project will commence in year 2023 based on revised
terms stated in the Amended and Restated Agreement dated 30 November 2022.
For the current quarter and year-to-date, the property development segment contributed <1%
to the Group’s revenue (31 March 2022: Nil). As of the interim financial date, 64% of the gallery
shoppes were committed by tenants.
Is that means Jesselton Quay's leasing will start contributing to SURIA's revenue starting next QR?

sold a few more to take profit at RM1.39 today ^_^ still got quite a lot of SURIA shares left
hope the price will continue to up but need to be extra cautious before PRN6 / QR release

just move on, there are plenty of undervalued stock out there. once sold all never watch back. choose another undervalued stagnant or downtrending stock. never chase high
remember buy low sell high. nobody can do it perfectly, buy at lowest and sell at highest.
but at least try your best to do it correctly albeit not precise, just don't do it other way round

looking at the buy queue, there are no genuine general market interest in this share at this price, just someone specifically trying to push up the price by eating the sell queue strategically to minimize cost.
not that I hope the share price drop, I still holding quite some stakes just in case for privatization announcement.
but IF there is no reason behind this rally and IF it is fabricated, somehow not supporting by next QR result, collapse might happen at anytime

so so punya result, if bergantung ini result saja memang hardly support the rally or current price of RM1.50. But this stock is definitely still very undervalue la base on cash balance, NTA and future prospect.
price can go either ways from now, in case the price goes down can restock some more also, win win situation

if just base on EPS I think current price is at fair value at the best. I still hold a few stakes left here because I am positive on it's future prospects with potential EPS growth.
sustaining PE11 for long term future is not something worth investing in my opinion, I would have sold all if that is what to be expected here

I am more prefer to Suria after announcement of extension for another 30 years of concession. 12+30 years is for DP World to come in to collaborate in operation and will take up certain % of share in the company. Otherwise, why need to announce 12 years away, not like Bintulu port only announced months to expire. Share price not moving up may not reflect in short term extra earning, it must be long term earning to come as Suria. Further more, Suria may be go into shareholder restructuring with DP world.
