stay away from this stock, the director esos at 0.15 then sell to market at 0.15, the money they used to subscribe will return back to them in the form of directors fee, the volume is fake to hide directors sells of shares, they use this trick many times already. Whatever price u buy , u can nvr able to sell even 1 bid above

They still have 1 more layer to play, then it will be share consolidation and same trick again, look at its share float, more than 70% sold to ikan billis, and related shareholders have to take up 90m shares before agm to ensure their resolution can be passed, these 90m is going to be sold to ikan billis very soon

Company need to be innovative with new leadership. New projects, new sales & lucrative divestment property investment will bring company shares up. Will Nurul or Zahid's daughter demonstrate ultimate leadership or just for name sake as a Chairman. We will know soon !

Share consolidation, issuance of right issues and warrants are just temporary to hold company breath. Poor performance company will slip into PN17 and delisted. Survival of the fittest for each quarterly and yearly performance or go bust to erase the company name from Bursa Malaysia !

no doubt it's a IT base company and can be related to DC....
unfortunately they did not initiate anything at the moment....

perhaps this round they dare not declare anything...
cause might see another failure in their business undertaking....
