"With a good perspective on history, we can have a better understanding of the past and present, and thus a clear vision of the future." — Carlos Slim Helu

It's far too easy for investors to lose perspective. Whenever something big goes wrong, a lot of people panic and sell their investments. Looking at history, the markets recovered from the 2008 financial crisis, the dotcom crash, and even the Great Depression, so they'll probably get through whatever comes next as well.

"The stock market is filled with individuals who know the price of everything, but the value of nothing." — Phillip Fisher

That is another testament to the fact that investing without an education and research will ultimately lead to regrettable investment decisions. Research is much more than just listening to popular opinion.

"The four most dangerous words in investing are, it’s different this time." — Sir John Templeton

Follow market trends and history. Don't speculate that this particular time will be any different. For example, a major key to investing in a specific stock or bond fund is its performance over five years.

The biggest risk in investing is not taking risk at all. Inaction can lead to misled opportunities and and stagnant growth.

“N33TCRAZE > An intelligent investor sees an opportunity in dip than risk”

Today trading ‘sees an opportunity in dip than risk’ with TXCD up 29.41% and TXCD-PA up 100%. I have prepared some write-up before the ‘disaster’ Q1 YR2025 out on the 29 Nov. 2024, hoping a good report with some reversal of impairment; that not to be…as below.

“crazycatlady > The biggest risk in investing is not taking risk at all. Inaction can lead to misled opportunities and and stagnant growth.”

Biggest Risk? Inaction? Now Ageson D-day plus two and count down before Deepavali, will the submission for out of PN17/Guidance Note 3??

Recent Timeline:
On 9th Aug. 2024,
“The Board of Directors (“the Board”) of the Company wishes to announce that the Company has withdrawn the EOT Application on 9 August 2024 as the regularisation plan submission deadline is 30 October 2024, which the Company still has sufficient time to prepare for the regularisation plan submission.”

*continue…*

On 14 Oct. 2024,
“The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to update that the Company had on 14 October 2024 submitted an application to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) for an extension of time of an additional period of 6 months until 30 April 2025 for the Company to submit its regularisation plan to Bursa Securities ("EOT Application")”
What a reversal of confidence!!

On 30th Oct. 2024,
“the Board of Directors (“the Board”) of Ageson wishes to announce that the Company’s external auditor, Messrs. LTTH PLT had expressed a disclaimer of opinion on the Company’s Audited Financial Statements for the 18-month financial period ended 30 June 2024.”
What happened to “the actions taken by the management to address the key audit matters in relation to the Disclaimer of Opinion are consistent with the findings from the Independent Assessment Report dated 6 May 2024.”??

The ‘disaster’ Q1 YR2025 out on the 29 Nov. 2024,
Details: EPS of -31.30 and Net Assets per share from 0.41 to 0.01; a loss of 0.40!!
How to turn around?? Therefore, I stopped my write-up then…

On 6th Dec. 2024,
“The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company had on 6 December 2024 received the Notice of Registration of New Name pursuant to Section 28 of the Companies Act 2016 dated 5 December 2024 issued by the Companies Commission of Malaysia.
Accordingly, the name of the Company has been changed from "AGESON BERHAD" to "TXCD BERHAD" with effect from 5 December 2024.”
What next?
A new major shareholder with the new name; and hopefully a new direction Trading and TradeAtYourOwnRisk …Going forward.
