股价飙涨遭质询 胜利企业：或因数字中心计划

zixun（吉隆坡26日讯）因股价3天内飙破30％而遭到质询的胜利企业（MENANG,1694,主板工业产品服务组）披露，该公司与森美兰政府洽商数字中心计划及两州购地活动，都可能是造成股票价量齐升的原因。
大马股票交易所早上向胜利企业发出不寻常交投（UMA）质询，该公司盘后回复说，正与森州政府属下Invest NS展开森美兰数字中心项目的磋商，目前这项谈判仅处于评估阶段，仍无最终决定。
除了上述计划，该公司也正寻求收购森美兰和雪兰莪巴生的土地，以增加土地储备。目前，这项计划也正处于评估阶段，尚无最后决定。
该公司强调，上述两项计划若有任何进展，都会依据主板上市条例适时公布更多详情。
上周三（19日）至本周二（25日）期间，胜利企业从67仙一路飙上88仙，短短几天内急涨了21仙或31.34％。
周三盘初，胜利企业曾进一步升上逾20年来最高的91.5仙价位，在交易所发出质询文告后，其股价由起转跌，休市时略为下挫1仙，至87仙，成交量报238万6700股。午后，该股收复失地，终场以88仙平盘价报收，共有302万7300股易手。
交易所资料显示，该公司上个月期间有多批股票以场外交易方式卖出，造成多名大股东的股权剧减，部分更直接降为零。
其中，拿汀玛丽安、拿督阿都莫达和拿督孙亮广透过属下TITIAN HARTANAH（马）私人有限公司，脱售了胜利企业的5425万9074股，同时玛丽安也减持直接持有的全部4811万4081股；前董事孙观龙（人名皆音译）则卖出4813万2000股。
该公司2022财政年常年报告显示，截至去年10月3日，玛丽安、阿都莫达和孙亮广共同透过TITIAN HARTANAH间接掌握5426万1234股（10.72％）；玛丽安也直接控制4811万4081股（9.50％），阿都莫达和孙亮广的直接持股则各报6万零480股和1万6920股。
根据同一份资料，孙观龙的直接持股也达4813万2000股（9.51％）。
当时，TITIAN HARTANAH、孙观龙和玛丽安分别是胜利企业的第三至第五大股东。
