So far only MPAJ Smart City that has been declared by Theta. None other than that, revenue looks slim. Don't know how it will catching up with Htpadu. Unless something is cooking based on recent acquisition from VT. But nothing happened so far yet.

Redtone already the 2nd largest shareholder of Theta, just after TH. Remember it's also Berjaya where Johor royalties got interest.

surely RedTone or Berjaya have a bigger plan ahead. That's quite a sum of capital investment.. already more than $15 m !! .. Redtone/Berjaya definitely cannot and will not take over Theta la, but to work along TH company would be a big PLUS for Berjaya !!

What is this actually got to do with Theta and Redtone? Will this improvising the company? Is there any future project that Threadstone is looking to work with Redtone? How do you see this bro Ron?

the questions in our mind is that WHY ???
RedTone or Berjaya (got Johor connection !) suddenly buying million of Theta share from the open market, already about $20m spent (13% shareholding).
and Threadstone pulak, before this disposing 6% of their shares, BUT after seeing Berjaya coming in big time..suddenly masuk balik with huge capital investment more than $40 million !! and on top of that, trying to control Theta by PP to reach 29% control..!! .. its not usual for individual investor to come in big way, for GLC or PLC common la like TH, PNB, etc.. There seems something that Threadstone now realize what VT eyeing in the near future $$$.. We can only speculate something with VT connection with Johor bos and 5G program.

really hope someone could investigate Why those parties willing to throw big $$$ to this lousy counter ??? it its just Smart City or TM cloud system, doesn't seem enough to justify million of CA$$H investment ... as usual, we can only speculate and predict. lets wait for the next few days.. where is the price direction.. RedTone gonna continue of STOP buying Theta ??
