On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that SMTrack’s existing issued 346,761,800 ordinary shares will be consolidated into 86,690,446 new ordinary shares (“Consolidated Shares”) after 5.00 p.m. today pursuant to the Share Consolidation.
The 86,690,446 Consolidated Shares will be listed and quoted on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Wednesday, 9 August 2017.
