SUSPENSION ON THE TRADING OF THE SECURITIES OF NYLEX (MALAYSIA) BERHAD

Reference is made to NYLEX's announcement on 13 October 2023. NYLEX had
failed to submit the proposed regularisation plan to the relevant authorities
for approval within the extended timeframe of 26 January 2024. In the
circumstances and pursuant to paragraph 8.03A(3) of the Main Market Listing
Requirements and Bursa Securities' letter dated 13 October 2023, the trading in
the securities of NYLEX will be suspended with effect from 7 February 2024.

based on announcement, because of item (b). anyone can concur on this or otherwise
The Board wishes to announce that Bursa Securities has via its letter dated 4 March 2024, decided to:
(a) allow the appeal against the de-listing of the Company and grant Nylex a further extension of time until 26 July 2024 as requested by the Company to submit the regularisation plan to the relevant authorities for approval ("Extended Timeframe"); and
(b) dismiss the appeal against the suspension of trading of the securities of Nylex.

I sold at a huge loss before the suspension , fear of the de-listing. to re-enter once suspension lifted. really hope nylex fulfil the extension until 26/7/2024
