Then the company is making a very fantasy forecast for 2024 to derive the targeted dividend RM70m as mentioned, what if the actual result does not meet the fantasy forecast and it fails to declare 70m dividend, can shareholder sue them?

i have same doubt with TheProInvestor,because from the data it clearly appear as loss making concession and but from their prospectus 90% will be gives as divined to the shareholders ,anybody pls share your explaination

yeap lost gao gao. latest audited finical statement show tax cost 171m+ and some more got significant impairment.

What is deferred tax asset?
Deferred tax asset is recognised for unused tax losses and unused tax credits to the extent that it is probable that future taxable profit will be available against which the unused tax losses and unused tax credits can be utilised
In short: this is the reversal of deferred tax assets
Reason (according to IAS 12): no probable future taxable profits
Means the company will continue to make losses in the future, and therefore no probable future taxable profits

Business trust company allowed to pay dividend if operating cash flow is positive.
Highway company has huge depreciation cost, initial years will show lost in P&L. This is cash cow company, no worries on operating cash flow.

Another thing is, do we get 10% tax too when we get dividend like other reits always do?
if yes, i wont so hyped about to re-allocate my fund to this counter since there are many reits counter pay similar percentage of dividend and some reits even come with good history record in terms of management profile and fundamental

reits that distribute 90% of their income as dividends will get tax exempted at the company level

May I know Prolintas is traded under which category in Bursa index? Example, utility, Reit; although we know it is a business trust, but there is no such category in bursa yet

There is no needed to boo in this counter, this the classic turtle ipo, like other reits ipo too. sloooow nad steady in terms of price share and DPR.
you can look back history, all the reits ipo period all same pattern one, no significant spike in 2 years.
if ur intention were scare away some bilis to dump their ticket so u can buy cheap in market, dont be silly my friend.
majority holders in here are national institutions and super retailers, they are mature enough to understand whats the play in this counter and have strong finacial support to let them hold and even buy more consistently.
better you open position now or you just keep boo and wait cheap...Time will be your friend, reward or regret, is ur choice.
