On behalf of the Board, TA Securities is pleased to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 18 May 2023, resolved to approve a further extension of time up to 4 November 2023 for the Company to implement and complete the Private Placement and Free Warrants Issue.

On 12-5-23, MITI offered 34,186,600 Special Parlo Issue at 0.1230 cts while Mr Hon offered 98,714,500 PP at 0.074cts on 8-5-23…..fishy ..?

Let say I have 20,000 shares, so according to the free warrant issue, 2:1, Every 2 ordinary shares I will get 1 warrant. Thats mean I will fet 10,000 of warrants? and the warrant is worth 0.10 cents, thats mean I will get RM1,000 if i sell the warrant? Can someone please explain is this the right calculation?
