(I) PUBLIC ISSUE OF 15,400,000 NEW ORDINARY SHARES OF RM0.25 EACH IN MCLEAN ("SHARES"), TOGETHER WITH 7,700,000 FREE NEW WARRANTS COMPRISING:-
• 8,600,000 NEW SHARES, TOGETHER WITH 4,300,000 FREE NEW WARRANTS, BY WAY OF PRIVATE PLACEMENT TO IDENTIFIED INVESTORS;

impairment on property plant and equipment more than 5million. that is why go to the red

but it is good to impair off everything that is a baggage in 2021..
so start of 2022 will be less baggage and moving forward with better flying result

Nice to "goreng" but never overlook the fundamental. Continue to make loss will shrink the equity. When the equity portion is less than 25% of share cap will plunge into P17. Pls correct me if I'm wrong. Comment based on the latest result dated 31/12/23. Share cap RM50,973,000, Accumulated losses RM21,681,000, Reserves (RM16,014,000). The balance of equity portion RM13,278,00.
