The provision of Corporate Guarantee will have no effect on the issued capital of the Company. However, the
contract will further increase and enhance the existing order book of the Group, and is expected to contribute
positively towards the earnings and net assets per share of Privasia Group for the financial year 31 December
2023 and the financial years thereafter until the expiry of the contract.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Privasia Sdn. Bhd. (“PSB”) had entered into an IT Network, Security and Internet Outsourcing and Managed Services [“the Service”] contract with Westports Malaysia Sdn Bhd (“Westports”).
The contract will be in force upon the execution and delivery of the Corporate Guarantee. The Corporate Guarantee has been executed and delivered on 22 August 2023.

@bnzn7204 As indicated by other forumers, it is agreeable that this company's shares are in a cheap state. I and a few here are fortunate to bargain in when it was under 0.10. Let's be patience and be hopeful about the company's stakeholders' decision-making process.
