"Quarterly revenue dropped 11.69% to RM43.08 million from RM48.78 million, which Sapura Industrial said was in tandem with the country's declining trend in total industry production, as reported by the Malaysian Automotive Association (MAA)"....Easy management report. If staff cannot deliver their KPIs, most likely have to take the blame. Make sure when MAA reported surge in automobile sales, the results of the company move in tandem then instead of various excuses. BOD and management remuneration should tie up with company performance.

Bought on high DY, luckily sold all at 1 and 0.9 after hold it for one year, incurred some losses. Lose fate: 1. Old BOD, don't expect new ideas. 2. Recent performance tell the truth. 3. Products may not be competitive now, especially if it is not protected by any unknown rules. 4. Inefficient market for its shares where spread between buyer and seller price is too wide. Anyway, may be good for speculation. Good luck.

Quarterly results:
Revenue down but profit up, together with higher receivables and substantially rising borrowings. 40 m borrowings to support an annual revenue of only 211 m. Higher profit but lower retained profit down without explanation. TP 55. Good luck.

Look back this con counter, very funny since ppl still spread fake news trying to dump to other ppl, but the result is they fail kao kao because no one is believing those blow water guys.

Whole life is challenging environment, that is given. Earn so much but failed to deliver. Luckily given up hope last 2 years as it is hopeless. If you think can get back $700 from dividend over the next 10 years, may try your luck.
