@Natsu, not really bcos of anything. If Para 8.03A not settled. If delisted, you can't sell your shares freely, and it will only benefiting substantial shh. Nvm lo. I give it a pass until it settles Para8.03A ba. Switch to other undervalued or potential to grow in coming years stocks, same². If you love 1589, it belongs to 8877? What's the answer leh? My2c may not be correct.
Btw, do not speculate, punt, conta. Avoid margin and loans. Hard cash ya

Announce offers on 25/4/2025, immediate later of that day, kena cancelled immediately. Kenanga (IB), really anyhow issue CW, wanna to earn quick bulks if the CW is out of $, telan investors' $ when it expires!
To all investors who are unfamiliar with CW, and do not know how to calculate the actual value of CW against its mother share price, please be careful if you wanna to invest in it. Do not listen to anyone if you are interested in CW, you must analyze, do homework carefully before taking actions. IMHO, be careful.
My2c, no offence if anyone is very familiarize with and very experience in CW (they are at Sifu grade). Para8.03A and her CW? If yes it is allowed to get on board, anyway, please watch out with such structured warrants (its low share price is the key thing to lure anyone to get it but the underlying game behind, you must be able to guess what is the motive behind for this type of CW). Luckily this bb's CW was cancelled on the same day (25/Apr/2024) after it was offered. This is 1589's FIRST CW being offered and being cancelled, it must be due to Para8.03A (I guess).

Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 27 September 2023 and 27 October 2023 in relation to the Proposal Letter (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, the abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall be the same as those previously defined in the Announcements.
The Company wishes to announce that the Company has sought the mutual agreement of TSDLKH for an extension of 3 months commencing from 28 April 2024 to 27 July 2024, with an automatic extension of additional 3 months, to grant more time to the Company to assess, evaluate and deliberate the Proposal in detail and to commence discussions and negotiations on the terms of the binding heads of agreement or its equivalent between the parties.
The Company will make the requisite announcement(s) on any material development in relation to the Proposal in due course.
This announcement is dated 26 April 2024.
