Leong Hup Holdings Berhad is an investment holding company and derives income from the rental of its freehold land and the provision of management services. The Company is organized into four operating divisions: investment holdings; manufacturing and trading of food products; poultry farming and breeding, processing and marketing of chickens and related products, and plantation owner, housing development, oil palm cultivation and property development. Its subsidiaries are engaged in breeding of layer and broiler day old chickens; renting of broiler farms and rearing broiler chickens for sale; broiler grandparent stock farming; trading of broiler chickens, day old chickens, ducks, poultry feed, medicine and renting of farm buildings; processing and marketing of chickens and related products, and oil palm plantation and property development. On June 25, 2010, it acquired Leong Hup Poultry Farm (Sabah) Sdn. Bhd. On September 30, 2010, it acquired Ladang Ternakan Maju Sdn. Bhd.

except for the owner....no one got this share at below RM1.10....not even the cornerstone investor.
All cornerstone investor and owner have moratorium period to observe so unlikely any of them will sell anything for the next 6 month.

If moratorium period applies then who have so many shares i.e. 100 million shares to dump from RM 1.13 to RM 1.11. No intraday short selling allowed some more.

Leong Hup last time shares also not performing well and Lau family privatized at about less than 10 times PE( if not mistaken as too long already). Now come back this IPO and priced PE 20 times....Who is clever and who is stupid?

Over priced IPO. Better avoid and wait till price drop 50% ie 10 time PE only enter if want to be safe...

ESOS need to be regularize....some directors benefit the most from ESOS by using ESOS...look at PHB and Tiger...wait annual report then you know larh...hehe

Bursa and SC should abolish this stabilizing action and let shares to drop to its fair value rather than artificial supporting. Look at Uber IPO, shares dropped during IPO day...

Those who got a big slice sold off because the share price did not perform. They sold n got back their capital while the stabilizing manager is still around. Everything is a gamble. When I attended a workshop on futures trading, the pro advise us to sell first ask later if the promising technical signals did not perform. Same with shares.

Reminds me of Multi Sports Holdings Sdn. Bhd. IPO where it enabled a pre-IPO investor (Hong Leong group of companies) to cash out by dumping shares below IPO price. IPO price @ RM 0.85. Today @ RM 0.01 also people don't want to buy. A lot of minority IPO shareholders got burnt leaving only ashes.

I would not discount the possibility of some creditors having being allocated shares via debt swap are currently cashing out.

Highly likely dumping was made by the above parties on listing 1st & 2nd day. We await next week announcement for confirmation.
