APPEAL TO BURSA MALAYSIA SECURITIES BERHAD (“BURSA SECURITIES”) FOR THE REJECTION OF THE PROPOSED REGULARISATION PLAN PURSUANT TO PRACTICE NOTE 17 OF THE MAIN MARKET LISTING REQUIREMENTS OF BURSA SECURITIES AND APPEAL AGAINST THE DE-LISTING OF THE SECURITIES OF HIGH-5 FROM THE OFFICIAL LIST OF BURSA SECURITIES
We refer to the announcements dated 6 August 2014 in relation to the rejection of the proposed regularisation plan submitted to Bursa Securities and the suspension and the de-listing of the securities of High-5 from the Official List of Bursa Securities.
Inter-Pacific Securities Sdn. Bhd., on behalf of the Board of High-5, on even date, have submitted the appeal to Bursa Securities on its decision to reject High-5's proposed regularisation plan.
This announcement is dated on 5 September 2014.

(a) dismiss the Company's appeal against rejection of the Company's proposed regularisation plan; and
(b) de-list the securities of HIGH-5 from the Official List of Bursa Securities pursuant to paragraph 8.04 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities.
Accordingly, the securities of the Company will be removed from the Official List of Bursa Securities upon the expiry of two (2) market days from the date of receipt of Bursa Securities' letter on 20 October 2014, i.e. on Friday, 24 October 2014.
