this will prevent privatisation at 35.5 sen which is very unfair deal

there is talk that a takeover offer of RM0.60 per share will be launched. whoever does this will be able to make at least RM0.37 per share in profit by liquidating the company since the NTA of the company is RM0.97 per share.

pogbagggmu, no such thing. it is mandatory delisting for ppg in june. SCR resolution already passed and case already filed to High Court.

Seriously don't understand why so low at 0.365 also can be approved. Now we minority shareholders have to suffer losses cos most of us bought in at a much higher price and have to accept it. whether we like it or not The price offered is so so unreasonable. If only we have more companies like MMC which is much more generous in their offering.
