Haisan Resources Berhad (HAISAN) is an investment holding company engaged in the provision of management services to subsidiaries. The Company, through its subsidiaries, is engaged in three main segments: engineering, temperature controlled logistics/warehousing and ice manufacturing. It provides refrigeration, civil, mechanical, electrical, general engineering works and construction, trading of refrigerating equipment, spare parts, hot dip metal galvanizing and electroplating. HAISAN also involved in the provision of temperature controlled logistics services, handling, value added processing, refrigerated transportation and distribution services, leasing of cold rooms, bonded and general warehousing services. In addition, the Company also engaged in manufacturing and marketing of tube ice. Other activities include investment holding, provision of information technology maintenance and support services. Operations are carried out in Malaysia, People's Republic of China and Vietnam.
