Triumphal Associates Bhd is a Malaysia-based company engaged in investment holding, and trading and marketing of spare parts for heavy equipment. The Company operates in two segments: trading of spare parts for heavy equipment, tractors, earthmoving equipment, wire ropes and filters, and manufacturing of heavy machinery filters, floating seals, engineering tools and machinery components. Its offers parts of bulldozers, excavators and wheel loaders for the brands, such as Caterpillar, Komatsu, Hitachi and others. Its filter lines include lubrication, fuel hydraulic, air filters and coolants/inhibitors. As of December 31, 2009, the Company's direct subsidiaries were Triumphal Machinery Supply Sdn. Bhd., Triumphal Equipment Spare Parts Sdn. Bhd., USG Products Sdn. Bhd., Triumphal Industries Supply Sdn. Bhd., Triumphal Capital Holdings Sdn. Bhd., USG Products (F.E.) Pte. Ltd., AEC Products Limited, Triumphal Precision Engineering (Zhejiang) Ltd. and M.T.T.S. Pte. Ltd.
