Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") has rejected LAMBO's application for a further extension of time to submit its regularisation plan.
In the circumstances and pursuant to paragraph 8.04(5) of the Main LR, please be informed that: -
1. the trading in the securities of LAMBO will be suspended with effect from 4 October 2024; and
2. the securities of the Company will be de-listed on 8 October 2024 unless an appeal against the de-listing is submitted to Bursa Securities on or before 3 October 2024 (“the Appeal Timeframe”). Any appeal submitted after the Appeal Timeframe will not be considered by Bursa Securities.
