Looks to be but couldn't ensure, it probably due to 3 sons with 2 mother share subscribed, which serve as the driving factor ....

At 0.18 saudee or considered, fair in value. Unless, the mother stay above 0.43 .

As long as its son will able to maintain its price at 0.08 or onward after listed, then this OR should worth for 0.18 or above even if the mother share stay at 0.42 .....
