- part time lecturer for a local private university for the professional accountancy programmes such as Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and The Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (MICPA).
- specialise in subjects of Audit and Assurance together with Ethics, Governance and recently the Case Study examinations.

2002 - present
- involved in numerous sectors ranging from trading of building materials to agriculture and boutique residential development.
- completed numerous residential development in Melaka.

2000-2009
- joined a property development company as a finance manager and involved in the preparation of the financial statement and annual budget of a property development company, as well as liaising with the company's principal bankers.
- involved in monthly management meeting in developing strategies for the company and started liaising with the local authorities and Kementerian Perumahan Dan Kerajaan Tempatan (KPKT) to obtain all the necessary approvals.

1996 - 1999
- completed numerous audit engagements for both listed and non-listed companies.
- restructuring of working capital and operations for a company on behalf of Danaharta in 1999.
