He graduated with a Bachelor in International Trade from Ming Chuan University, Taiwan in 1994.

Between the years 1996 and 2000, he worked as Marketing Manager in a veneer manufacturing company in Cambodia. He joined Focus Lumber Berhad in 2000 as Sales and Marketing Manager and was then promoted to become the Head of Sales and Marketing of the Group. He has been playing a major role in assisting the Group in penetrating into overseas markets for Company’s products which includes USA, Asian Countries, Middle East, Mexico, Canada and the European markets.

Yang Sen, Yang Hsi Hsien and Yang Wei Szu, the indirect substantial shareholders of the Company are siblings.
