Mr Cheang has more than 20 years of extensive corporate and professional experience gained through working for Procter and Gamble Malaysia (P&G) in the initial 7 years, and then with Ernst and Young Hong Kong (E&Y) for 2 years as consultant. Subsequently, he worked for Sara Lee for 3½ years as Regional Finance Manager for their Asia Pacific operations, while at the same time double-hat as Financial Controller for China operation from June 2008 to August 2009. He worked for Pepsico, based out of Malaysia, as Head of Finance for the MAPS Market Unit (Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, Mongolia and Pacific Isles) between July 2010 and April 2015. 

Prior to joining the Company, he was the Regional Finance Director/Chief Financial Officer of Wrigley for South East Asia. Wrigley is part of Mars Inc.
