Zeid Abdul Razak has been with Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad (MAHB) since 2014, serving in various roles including Regulatory Economics, Investor Relations, Finance Business Partner and Treasury. He played a pivotal role in leading negotiations and securing MAHB's operating rights for 45 years under the new Operating Agreements with the Government of Malaysia, paving the way for the sustainable growth of Malaysia's airport network. Zeid was also instrumental in delivering fair returns for the setting of regulated charges and capital investment recovery. During his tenure at MAHB, the Company reached peak market capitalisation and foreign shareholding, alongside receiving numerous industry recognition for investor relations, shareholder returns and governance.

Before joining MAHB, Zeid started his career at Ernst & Young in Malaysia and the United Kingdom, managing multinational teams and leading assurance services for diverse industries. His extensive experience spans over 20 years across various sectors including aviation, property development, leisure, facilities management and information technology.
