Mr. Tan Kang Shu ("Mr. KS Tan"), the General Manager of Ta Win Industries (M) Sdn. Bhd. ("TWI") will be appointed to the position of Chief Executive Officer of the Company with effect from 2 December 2024.

Mr. KS Tan joined TWI, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company as a General Manager on 1 February 2018. He holds a Bachelor of Degree in Finance and Accounting from Sheffield Hallam University, UK.

Mr. KS Tan has more than 7 years experience in finance, accounting and also banking market research. He has also extensive experience as General Manager dealing with the import and export of car parts and commercial vehicles for approximately five years. Well equipped with his involvements and experiences in import and export businesses, Mr. KS Tan thereafter joined TWI as a General Manager and is currently involved in the factory management and business development of the Company.
