KOTRA INDUSTRIES BERHAD ("KOTRA") - Notice of the Thirteenth Annual General Meeting ("AGM") Further to the Notice of the Thirteenth AGM announced on 6 November 2012, the Board of Directors of KOTRA wishes to inform that as at the date of the Notice of Thirteenth AGM, no new shares in the Company were issued pursuant to Section 132D of the Companies Act, 1965, pursuant to the mandate granted to the Directors at the last AGM held on 2 December 2011 which will lapse at the conclusion of the forthcoming AGM.

Kotra Industries Berhad wishes to inform that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of the Thirteenth Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) dated 7 November 2012 were duly approved by the shareholders at the AGM held on 29 November 2012.
