Outcome
The Board of AT Systematization Berhad ("AT" or "the Company") is pleased to announce that at the Fourteenth Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company held on 21 September 2018, all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of AGM dated 31 July 2018 were duly passed by the shareholders by way of poll.
The results of the poll were duly verified by Scrutineer Solutions Sdn. Bhd., the independent Scrutineer appointed by theCompany.
Details of the results of the poll are set out in the attachment.
