The Board of Directors of Powerwell Holdings Berhad ("the Company") is pleased to announce that all of the resolutions tabled at the Sixteenth Annual General Meeting held today were duly passed by the shareholders of the Company. All of the resolutions were voted by poll and the results were validated by Cygnus Technology Solutions Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company.
