The Board of Directors of Menang Corporation (M) Berhad (the “Company”) wishes to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of the Fifty-Second Annual General Meeting (“52nd AGM”) of the Company were voted by poll, except for the following:-

1. As stated in the Notice of the 52nd AGM, Resolution 6 is in respect of the re-appointment of Dato’ Abdul Mokhtar Ahmad as Director pursuant to Section129 of the Companies Act, 1965. As Dato’ Abdul Mokhtar Ahmad has at the 52nd AGM, expressed his intention not seeking re-appointment as Director of the Company. Resolution 6, being no longer applicable, was not put forward for voting at the 52nd AGM.
2. As stated in the Notice of the 52nd AGM, Resolution 7 is in respect of the re-appointment of Dato’ Shun Leong Kwong as Director pursuant to Section129 of the Companies Act, 1965. As Dato’ Shun Leong Kwong has at the 52nd AGM, expressed his intention not seeking re-appointment as Director of the Company. Resolution 7, being no longer applicable, was not put forward for voting at the 52nd AGM.
3. As stated in the Notice of the 52nd AGM, Resolution 10 is in respect of the retention of Mr Too Kok Leng as an Independent Director. As Mr Too Kok Leng has at the 52nd AGM, expressed his attention not seeking for retention as an Independent Director of the Company. Resolution 10, being no longer applicable, was not put forward for voting at the 52nd AGM.
