The Board of Directors of CNI Holdings Berhad ("CNI") is pleased to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the notice of the Twenty-Ninth Annual General Meeting("29th AGM") dated 30 April 2018 were duly passed by the shareholders of the Company at the 29th AGM held today.

All the resolutions were voted by poll and the results of the poll were validated by Messrs Foo, Lee, An & Associates, the Independent Scrutineers appointed by CNI. The details of the poll results are set out in the attachment.
