The Board of Directors of Sime Darby Plantation Berhad (Sime Darby Plantation or Company) is pleased to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of the Sixteenth Annual General Meeting (16th AGM) and tabled at the 16th AGM of the Company held today, 23 May 2019, were duly passed by way of poll. The results of the poll were duly verified by Deloitte Risk Advisory Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Deloitte Enterprise Risk Services Sdn Bhd), the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company.
