Outcome
The Board of Directors of Fiamma Holdings Berhad ("the Company") is pleased to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of the Thirty-Sixth Annual General Meeting ("36th AGM") of the Company dated 28 January 2019were duly passed by way of poll at the 36th AGM of the Company held on 26 February 2019.
The results of the poll were validated by Asia Securities Sdn Berhad, the Independent Scrutineers appointed by the Company.
