The Board of Directors of JMR ConglomerationBerhad("theCompany") wishes to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of 17th Annual General Meeting ("AGM") dated 23 July 2019were duly approved by way of poll at the 17th AGM of the Company held on 22 August2019.
