Outcome
The Board of Directors of Magni-Tech Industries Berhad ("the Company") is pleased to announce that all the resolutions put to the 20th Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company held today, 28 September 2017were unanimously carried.
All the resolution were voted upon by poll and the results of the poll are attached herewith.
Messrs. Quantegic Services Sdn. Bhd. was appointed as the Scrutineer for the polling exercise at the AGM.
