Outcome

The Board of Directors of D & O Green Technologies Berhad ("Company") wishes to announce that all the resolutions set out in the Notice of Fifteenth Annual General Meeting ("15th AGM") dated 25 April2019and tabled at the 15th AGM of the Company held today, 23 May 2019were duly passed by the shareholders of the Company at the said AGM.

All the resolutions were voted by poll in accordance with Paragraph 8.29A of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. The results of the poll were validated by Asia SecuritiesSdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company.
