The Board of Directors ofUzma Berhad ("Uzma")wishes to announce that the shareholders ofUzma have at the 11th Annual General Meeting("11th AGM")held this morning, approved all the resolutions as set out in the notice of11th AGM dated 31 October 2018("Resolutions"). With the passing of Ordinary Resolution 6 , Messrs Baker Tilly Monteiro Heng has been appointed as the new auditors of the Company in place of the retired auditors, Messrs Crowe Malaysia.

The voting in respect of theResolutions was carried out by way of a poll, results of which were validated by Symphony Corporatehouse Sdn. Bhd.,an independent scrutineer appointed by Uzma. The voting results are set out below.
