The Board of Directors of Tien Wah Press Holdings Berhad ("TWPH") is pleased to announce that the shareholders of TWPH have at the Company's Eighteenth Annual General Meeting ("18th AGM") held on Wednesday, 12 June 2013 approved all the resolutions prescribed in the Notice of the 18th AGM dated 21 May 2013 enclosed in the Annual Report for the financial year 2012.
