We wish to announce that all the resolutions set out in the Notice of the Twenty-Second Annual General Meeting ("22ndAGM") of Rapid Synergy Berhad (“the Company”) held on 18 May 2017 were duly passed by way of poll. The results of the poll were duly verified by QuantegicServices Sdn. Bhd., the independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company.
