On behalf of the Board of Directors of Brahim’s Holdings Berhad (“Brahim’s”), Hong Leong Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that at the Extraordinary General Meeting (“EGM”) of Brahim's held today, Ordinary Resolution 1 on the Proposed Acquisition as set out in the Notice of EGM dated 10 February 2015, was not passed by the shareholders of Brahim’s.

Consequently, Ordinary Resolution 2 in respect of the Proposed Joint Venture was withdrawn with the consensus of the shareholders at the EGM.
