The Board of Directors of Ideal United Bintang Berhad ("the Company") is pleasedto announce that the special resolutionas set out in the notice convening the Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") dated 31 May 2017 was duly passed at the EGM of the Company held today.
The special resolution was approved byway of voting on poll. The resultof the poll was validated by Interesources Secretarial Services Sdn. Bhd., the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company. The resultof the poll of the EGM is attached herewith.
