Previous Close: 1662 -20.5
FKLI closed lower yesterday to retest low of Jun 18 after a sharp fall in US market. However, US reversed its losses and closed with gains last night, expected to boost FKLI today.
Hourly chart formed a breakdown from triangle pattern, be cautious of more downside, but the recovery in US market and RSI bullish divergence may pull back FKLI to test resistance level around 1688, which is also 61.8 of Fibo retracement.
*Classic Support & Resistance*
Resistance: 1673.5 1687.5
Support: 1655 1645
*Recommend Trading Plan for the day:*
1. If expect FKLI to track gains in DJI, Buy 1663 or below, stop 1659, profit 1667/1671/1675.
2. Sell 1659, stop 1663, profit 1655/1651.
