Overall prices are in a downtrend. In order to trade a downtrending stock successfully, we need to be very clear on every rebounding point possible because if you do it wrong just once, it will cost you your whole account and we do not want that to happen. Moving on. 
 
Notice how prices are in chilling around the balancer? The only meaning we can derived from the chart is that there are minimum market manipulation for now. Only retailers are trading with each other. The bad news is, if there are no bankers around to push prices around, there wont be any big movements (unless they return of course). 
 
Nothing much will be happening here as the bankers had left since the 15th of March, prices will probably continue to trend towards the downside while hugging the Balancer.
